Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the sending, receiving, and releasing of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain meticulous records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation using SAP or other relevant systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process logistics-related paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and supply chain management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including key metrics such as delivery times, accuracy, and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
