Responsibility
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to maintain product standards.
- Supervise and train production staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and material flow.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office.
