Responsibility
- Lead and manage the national service force team to ensure optimal manpower utilization and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve aftersales service targets across all sites and branches.
- Oversee the rotation and deployment of service personnel to meet operational demands.

Qualifications
