Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to ensure clear and accurate transactions.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
