Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a warehouse team to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and dispatching delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols for handling heavy items and operating warehouse equipment.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organize storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Resolve logistical challenges and troubleshoot delays in shipment or inventory processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align warehouse operations with business demands.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in warehouse management and material handling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 25-30 kg) and perform manual tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation logistics.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Valid driver’s license (preferred) for coordinating deliveries.
