Responsibility
- Develop and implement preparation plans for cutting and artwork departments based on material receipt schedules and delivery priorities
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless workflow between preparation and sewing departments
- Monitor and optimize material usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Supervise preparation team members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure all preparation activities comply with quality standards and production timelines
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast material requirements and prevent shortages
- Maintain accurate documentation of preparation processes and production metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of cutting, artwork, and sewing preparation processes
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production schedules
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
