Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and GMP practices is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, if necessary.
