Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of delivery personnel to ensure on-time and accurate product distribution.
- Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to optimize fuel costs and time management.
- Monitor and report on daily delivery performance, including KPIs such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align delivery strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in product delivery, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve operational targets.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and route optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Bali’s geographic and traffic conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field is a plus.
