Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to distributors and retailers.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to optimize stock control.
- Liaise with transportation providers, warehouses, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, challenges, and improvements.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, or TMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as needed.
