Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of inventory.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and achieving operational KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and lean warehouse principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
