Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to inventory control procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries, dispatch shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and organize warehouse documentation, including shipping labels, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in line with safety standards.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and provide administrative support to the logistics team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control principles and logistics workflows.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus; certification is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a bonus.
