Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment and delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role within the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
