Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous stock management.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with company and government regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to KPIs.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain flow and reduce lead times.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or distribution center operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Tagalog.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to be based in Guiguinto, Bulacan, and work flexible shifts as required by business operations.
