Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the dumping and handling of raw materials for milk production, ensuring adherence to specified types, quantities, and formulas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock of raw materials.
- Enforce strict safety and hygiene protocols in all warehouse and material handling operations.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, waste, and discrepancies, reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure raw materials meet required standards before processing.
- Optimize workflow processes to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance of dumping and material handling machinery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or a similar role in manufacturing or dairy production.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HACCP) and quality control standards in food production.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, moving, and inspecting materials.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
