Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free work environment compliant with local and company regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, space utilization, and order fulfillment speed.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation with ERP systems.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process standardization, to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and achieving operational excellence in a warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
