Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching grain and raw materials.
- Monitor and maintain the Grain Silo System, ensuring adherence to standard parameters for optimal performance.
- Oversee inventory management, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control measures within the warehouse.
- Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align warehouse operations with milling demands.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, system performance, and incident logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in agricultural or grain storage environments.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Grain Silo Systems and warehouse automation tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local agricultural standards) and quality control processes.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
