Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing fleet performance to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the coordination of logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in fleet operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for operational enhancements.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable working with data.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to the team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
