Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports for management review.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Process and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Optimize warehouse space and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track KPIs (e.g., delivery times, transportation costs) and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and distribute logistics reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain administration.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs documentation is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
