Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and logging of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch, verifying quantities and documentation.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently as required.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve warehouse productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle heavy items (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory software, Excel) for data entry and tracking.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends.
