Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and inventory management to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to ensure timely distribution and allocation of goods across multiple locations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and sales teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Utilize advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory and streamline processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, budget adherence, and resource allocation for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics planning, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution strategies, and warehouse optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
