Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the entire logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of FMCG products.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to align logistics operations with business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all logistics activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, budget adherence, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations, reducing costs, and improving service levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset to address complex logistics challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of local logistics networks and regulations.
