Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations and administrative processes to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage and mentor a team of Support Admins to optimize performance and productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Coordinate with finance teams to streamline order processing and financing activities.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
