Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) or government-linked organization is a plus.
