Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily crane operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and workflows.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for crane equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and transportation processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on crane equipment.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on operational procedures.
Qualifications
