Responsibility
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to load/unload shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries, pickups, and distribution activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including labeling, scanning, and documentation.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP software).
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (certification for forklifts is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and order processing.
- Physical stamina to lift/move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA, ISO standards) and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
