Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Oversee the safe and efficient handling of materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
- Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, including metrics on efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for material handling and storage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as operational needs arise.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
