Responsibility
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Logistics) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance and procurement spend, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventories, procurement transactions, and vendor agreements.
- Lead vendor relationship management, resolving disputes and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Utilize ERP or procurement software to track assets, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), or procurement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in CSCP, CPSM, or CIPS are a plus.
