Responsibility
- Support the Corporate Service Procurement Team in sourcing, raising, and publishing Invitation to Tender (ITT), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and other procurement documents.
- Evaluate supplier proposals using the Price-Quality Methodology to ensure optimal value for the organization.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from supplier identification to contract finalization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT or corporate services.
- Strong understanding of procurement methodologies, including ITT, RFQ, and Price-Quality evaluations.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
