Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and track inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts
- Prepare and process shipping documents, waybills, and delivery orders
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to company procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely when required
- Assist in implementing warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Generate reports on warehouse activities and inventory status
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or similar role
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina for warehouse environment (lifting, standing, bending)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, inventory software)
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
