Responsibility
- Maintain and update logistics records, including Proof of Delivery (POD), export permits, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Prepare and process shipping documents in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues with delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all logistics activities.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with logistics software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
