Responsibility
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance documentation.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
