Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality management system standards.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.
