Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of customer order planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align order fulfillment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, fill rates, and backlog levels to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement advanced planning tools and methodologies (e.g., MRP, ERP systems) to enhance accuracy and efficiency in order management.
- Resolve complex supply chain bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve scalability.
- Prepare and present regular reports on planning performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in order planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management within manufacturing or logistics industries.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced industrial setting is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
