Responsibility

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of control room equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades.

- Assist in training new operators on control room procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in control room operations or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or logistics processes.
- Proficiency in using control room software and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
