Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming shipments efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
