Responsibility
- Assemble and inspect semiconductor components with precision and attention to detail during night shifts.
- Follow standardized work instructions and quality control procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or defects to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom standards to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Document work processes and maintain accurate records for traceability and compliance.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10 PM – 6 AM) with reliability and punctuality.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision assembly tasks.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg occasionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical, fast-paced environment.
