Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and resolving disputes to maintain strong partnerships.
- Oversee the adoption of new technologies and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to streamline processes.
- Mentor and train supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
