Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and inspection of Tesla vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and manage vehicle deliveries efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service during vehicle handover, including explaining features and addressing queries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all delivery-related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols in the delivery hub.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the delivery hub workspace for optimal workflow.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to customer experience enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or automotive industries is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, email, spreadsheets).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical ability to lift and move items (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles is a strong plus.
