Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower operational costs.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production management software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
