Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and document production processes, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures, including sampling, testing, and calibration of equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and minimize defects.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, non-conformities, and corrective actions in compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in all quality control activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a similar role, preferably in the water treatment, beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP) and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for shift-based schedules if required.
