Responsibility
- Provide post-sales service support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing additional requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track order statuses, proactively communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in departmental projects aimed at improving service delivery, process automation, and customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and order data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regional requirements.
- Develop and implement best practices for order management and customer service workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing workflows is a plus.
