Responsibility
- Perform Incoming Inspection of raw materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct In-Process Inspection during manufacturing to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
- Execute Final Outgoing Quality Inspection to verify that finished products meet all required specifications before shipment.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize measuring tools and testing equipment to assess product dimensions, functionality, and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping practices for quality assurance.
