Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, communications, and order statuses.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
- Follow company policies and procedures for order processing and customer service.
- Participate in a rotating standby schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster.
