Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Analyze capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage material availability and lead times.
- Generate performance reports and KPIs to track production metrics and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably in the bicycle or automotive industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
