Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a strong advantage.
