Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and restocking of materials.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including packing lists and delivery notes.
- Assist in resolving any inventory-related issues and provide reports to management as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, storekeeping, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
