Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Optimize space utilization and organize storage areas to facilitate efficient material handling.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including order fulfillment rates and inventory turnover.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and address any operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems and perform data entry with high accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Familiarity with local regulations and customs procedures in Indonesia is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred.
