Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate the receipt, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Manage inventory control systems, including data entry, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization and ensure easy accessibility.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to schedule deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, inbound/outbound activities, and warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inbound logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA/ISO standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
