Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
