Responsibility
- Develop and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules for Distribution Centres to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Collaborate with retail partners such as AEON, Caring, and Lotus's to align delivery schedules with their operational needs.
- Optimize route planning to minimize transportation costs and maximize delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and track delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery rates and cost savings.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and manage delivery schedules for large-scale distribution centres.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in logistics software, route planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in logistics operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
